Zombies, since they infect others into mindless flesh eating monsters. They also seem unstoppable.
Ghosts....eh....depends on the person who died. At least they tend to keep some of their former self (depending on the work of fiction). Me, I'd be the type who'd just try to help ghosts pass on. That's a frequent plot element with ghosts, anyway.
