Toothache

This week is not my friend. I'm working on a video project for my aunt that has to be done by Friday afternoon. That by itself is almost impossible. Then we found an abandoned kitten that will take up a lot of time because he needs bottle feeding. Then I had to take almost all of yesterday and today to go out of town for an immigration appointment with my hubby. Saturday I have a face painting gig at a local festival which I cannot afford to miss- we desperately need any income I can make there because we are way finfncially behind. Yesterday an abscess appeared on my gum and has been causing me horrible pain. I haven't been in this kind of tooth-related pain in years and oh my goodness, it's almost literally making me sick to my stomach. Why did this have to happen NOW? Now, when I have so much to do in the span of one week?! I don't know how I'm going to get everything done and deal with this pain.
