I hope everyone is doing well!

Firstly, I've been doing a few clothing design commissions and they're great fun. I've also got some male designs under my belt now. :la: I'm still open for these!
OC Clothing Design Commissions.
I'm officially opening custom OC clothing design commissions.
Commissioned designs are Paypal Only, but keep an eye out for adoptables. Whenever I upload adoptables they will usually always be offered for points. :)
Surprise Design $2 USD
With this option you just show me the OC and/or give me an idea of the style you want, and I'll design something to surprise you with. With this option you don't get to see it til it's done but I promise to do my best to make something you'll like. Think of it as a grab bag!
Fully Customized: $4 USD
With a customized design you can dictate the details and you'll get at least one sketch for approval before I do lines and colors. You can give me a description as detailed as you like. Pick the colors, the era, pattern, layers, lengths, accessories, etc. I will also include a second version of the same outfit with different colors for free, if you like.
Here are some examples of my work. I'm best at fantasy/historic designs but I ca

Secondly.. I fought with Camp NaNo, and Camp NaNo won. For some reason whenever I try to write the story of Kaida and Erias, I always get bogged down and can't make it through. I probably just need to sit down and figure out a timeline before I do any writing. So anyway, I'm letting that story rest. I'm going to try again at NaNoWriMo in November (probably not the same story), but I've got other things I want to focus on now so I don't feel too bad about giving up. ^^;

Thirdly, I can't believe July is almost over. I saw Halloween candy in a store a few days ago. HALLOWEEN CANDY. IN JULY. I love Halloween but come on. And that reminds me, we need to start preparing for Halloween if we want to impress our trick-or-treaters this year!

Fourthly, I have some retro gaming stuff I'm looking to sell. A bunch of Atari games, a Nintendo Power Glove, a few N64 games and a couple PC Games. The Atari games and Power Glove are untested (they were given to me and I have no NES or Atari to try them out with). I'm thinking of turning to ebay but honestly, I've never used it and it's a bit intimidating. Do any of my watchers have any experience using ebay?

Well, that's enough rambling for now. Savvy's got some stuff to do. Off I go!

Ebay is not that bad. The worst part is when someone asks a confusing question or dealing with buyers who make special requests, sometimes out of line with Ebay policy and your own security. I've done Ebay a lot.
I would recommend just following the basics to start out with:
You already have a method of getting paid, so yay! Step 1 is done!

Make sure you have proper materials to ship the item in. After you have pictures and all relevant info available, I'd even go ahead and put it in a box and have it ready (not sealed.) It will save you trouble later. If you don't have boxes, you can go online to the USPS website and they will actually send you boxes for free!! These boxes are awesome, since they have a flat shipping rate, perfect for heavier items. They are durable, and as long as it fits in the box, any item you sell will be a flat rate, no matter the weight.

Take a picture of the item you want to sell, set up the listing (it's pretty simple and self explanatory, but you'll probbaly want to ignore all of the little add-ons offered, unless you really have a business going, it's a waste to pay Ebay to decorate the listing or make it bold. You can choose to offer insurance or tracking, but that can get expensive, depending on how much the item sells for. Most buyers are fine without it.

After your listing is made, it's easy breezy for however long you set it for. You may or may not receive questions about the item. Sometimes people try to get you to end the bidding early, which I never recommend, or will offer you forms of payment Ebay does not approve of, or try to get you to send the item before they pay.
Obviously these are bad ideas! :)

As soon as you receive payment, acknowledge that you have been paid, it gives the buyer the impression you are on top of things and care. Obviously if they pay at odd hours, they will most likely be able to wait. ;)
Ship the item as fast as possible, next business day and mark item as shipped on the listing, add any tracking numbers if applicable. That way they know it's out of your hands and on the way. As a buyer as well as seller, this makes things easier for all involved, trust me. The post office usually adds tracking numbers on your receipt.
Hope you can get your stuff sold and make some cash. :)
